Practice Development is a consulting and implementation service for dietitians who want to expand their work with Spanish-speaking patients in a professional, culturally responsive, and sustainable way.
The service goes beyond language instruction. We help you assess your current practice, adapt your communication systems, review patient-facing materials, strengthen bilingual workflows, and implement services that are better aligned with the needs and expectations of Hispanic communities.
Adapt services, materials, and counseling processes to the cultural context of the patients you want to serve.
Develop practical systems for delivering clearer, more consistent, and more confident bilingual nutrition services.
This service combines business consulting, cultural adaptation, implementation support, clinical communication review, and personalized coaching. Spanish for Dietitians is included as the foundational language component, while the consulting process focuses on helping you apply those skills within your actual practice.
Your consulting process includes access to Spanish for Dietitians, our structured language and clinical communication program from A1 to B2. The course supports grammar, vocabulary, listening, reading, writing, speaking, and patient-centered communication through an AI-enhanced learning environment designed specifically for nutrition professionals.
Receive 15 hours of individualized consulting and coaching through 90-minute sessions delivered over three months. These sessions are used to evaluate your goals, identify communication and workflow barriers, adapt your services, and develop an implementation plan for serving Spanish-speaking patients. Language coaching is incorporated when needed, but every session is connected to the growth and operation of your practice.
Participate in three months of peer and professional support through dedicated online groups. Use the community to share implementation questions, practice communication scenarios, discuss culturally relevant challenges, and stay accountable as you introduce bilingual services into your practice.
Receive real-time support Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM CT, for questions related to bilingual workflows, patient communication, Medical Nutrition Therapy in Spanish, service implementation, and practice materials. This guidance helps you address problems while they are occurring and make informed adjustments as your bilingual services develop.
Receive up to six hours of professional review for Spanish-language handouts, educational resources, website content, intake materials, and other patient-facing tools. The review focuses on clarity, professional tone, linguistic accuracy, and cultural relevance so that your materials support the positioning and quality of your practice.
Apply your bilingual systems during six one-hour coaching sessions focused on Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition counseling in Spanish. Sessions may include case preparation, consultation review, communication strategy, debriefing, and guided practice. The purpose is to help you transition from theoretical knowledge to consistent delivery within your professional practice.
Develop and deliver three Spanish-language webinars with consulting support for topic selection, audience positioning, message structure, cultural adaptation, and presentation review. This component helps you strengthen community outreach, educate prospective clients, and communicate your services more effectively to Spanish-speaking audiences.
Start with an assessment of your goals, current systems, target population, and implementation needs. We will help you identify the consulting pathway that best supports your practice.
